Born Global has been Axelent’s slogan since the company started in 1990. And the company has certainly gone global. Today, Axelent has sales offices in 60 countries, and the company’s products are sold across the globe. Growth is just something that is in the company’s DNA – it has been that way from the start and it will remain that way in the future. This is something Export Manager Stefan Axelsson is sure about.
“We have always had our sights set on a market that is bigger than the Swedish market. We have always been looking out towards the horizon, and our desire to explore new regions has always been there”, says Stefan.
Axelent has now become a global company with customers in a wide range of countries and sales on almost every continent. What was once a small company from Sweden is now represented through partners and local sales offices in over 60 countries around the world – with neighbours including Australia’s kangaroos, Brazil’s samba dancing football players and Japan’s cherry blossoms.
With over 30 years of experience - we want to continue to deliver safety products to the world.
Globalisation and more international operations is the order of the day. Swedish-owned Axelent will soon be represented everywhere, from its base in the deep forests of Hillerstorp in Sweden the company has expanded all the way to Australia, almost as far away from Sweden as you can get, Axelent has become a given player in industrial safety.
Axel, our safety expert, is on his travels again, this time within the automated manufacturing industry. Using the very latest protective equipment, this action movie takes you on an instructive journey through the many risks within the industry. Watch it here
Our sister company Axelent Engineering has a lot of experience when it comes to special machines and they have delivered to a variety of customers over the years since their start in 1972.
8000 m2 of warehouses and offices has been built up and will be ready to move into during the fall of 2020. Axelent has for several years invested in wind turbines that have made us self-sufficient in energy. The new building will also be equipped with around 800 solar panels, which is yet another step in a sustainable energy supply.
